The second visit to replace the arch window was done in mid-September, but they cut the exact same arch which was incorrect again. Today, October 11th, they showed up to do the final install of the arch and it was surprisingly correct. After getting the final window installed I mentioned to the workers that I was told my windows would be cleaned afterword since they weren't on any of the prior visits.

I called the company and spoke to Nick who stated that I would receive a return call regarding my issues. I called Power's warranty line during the first week of June, 2022 and was told this problem would be taken care of in November, 2022.
Call and they sent a person out to see what was going on, he took pictures and sent in the order. Then COVID hit, so we were told it could be a wait, fine I understood that.
