It does not make sense but I have no way to fight them. The document that I got only had the final number, not the detail price for each item. We knew that we needed windows but did not think we were ready to take the plunge. We decided to schedule a sales visit and the salesperson did an amazing job of not just selling the product but the long term benefits we would gain by replacing our windows.
They do provide a good product as far as I know. Their installation team was effective and fast. The problem is that once they ruin something in your house, good luck trying to get them. The top vinyl panel on the front of the house became "disconnected" from it's upper channel and bulged out during the last week of May, 2022 while we were on vacation. I called Power's warranty line during the first week of June, 2022 and was told this problem would be taken care of in November, 2022.

Jonathan Page has been promoted to vice president of customer development in the company’s New Jersey territory. High Pressure Sales with lots of broken promises. I was told it would take several days and the crew would clean up everyday. They did pick up most of the roof trash, but left their lunch and snack trash everywhere.
This is the 2nd time we have had to call them out to repair the same window. The install manager had no sense of urgency for our problem, nor did it seem like he was trying to resolve the problem. Salesman Tyler measured for 5 windows only put four on the order, so only the four were installed. Would NOT have paid that much money for just four windows. Tyler lied, scammed and never came back to check the windows out because he knows he screwed up and he should be man enough to admit his errors.

I am the Homeowner, I make the decisions and am highly offended. I Do Not negotiate any deals or contracts with ANYONE without comparison shopping and vetting the company trying to earn my business. Why would there be a need to discuss financing on the same day the Free Estimate is done? That's why I had another company replace my roof instead of Power Home.. Based on the reviews and complaints, I know that I made the correct decision. One window was missing and one window was broken.
There was also a demonstration of the impact resistance of the windows and of the double hung action. We got both the full sales and a breakdown by section if we wanted it spread have several projects. The detailed examine went quickly and efficiently.
I was put on hold and when they came back they lied and said this conversation never happened and that I was wrong. You'd think after spending this much money and being inconvenience multiple times to get the correct windows installed, taking an additional 30 minutes to clean them isn't too much to ask for. I will never work with or recommend this company to anyone. We had all our windows replaced by this company in 2014 and have had to replace nearly all the windows for broken seal.
I have a leak in my roof installed by Power Remodeling in 2020. During a hard rainstorm the other day there is leaking into my newborn grandson's bedroom. I called the company and spoke to Nick who stated that I would receive a return call regarding my issues. I have yet to receive that return call to schedule someone to come out and handle the problem. Power Home Remodeling completed a huge job for me in 2020, including all new windows, siding and a French Door amounting to over $35,000. The windows and siding look beautiful; however I have had major issues with the French Doors since the install 18 months ago.
Needless to say I had been getting estimates and then one of there young salesman , super nice guy knocks on my door and just so happens to catch me in a good mood. I’m a contractor my self i knew there number was inflated but the thing that sold me was the financing and the zero money down. Not sure who runs a business this way, I feel lied to deceived and taken advantage of, once Power had my money. I would not recommend them to anyone and have seen many complaints like this on the web. Do yourself a favor and look at a hood local company. Power is too big of a company with too many people to be able to handle your project personally, especially when something goes wrong.
We were called well in advance about the windows availability and PHR was very flexible on when the installation would actually. The people who work with power friendly and windows and gutters crew cleaned up. We had three windows that we decided not to replace - because then they were in ok shape.
The original door to door sales people made me feel at ease in explaining the free estimate and explanation of services. The sales person who came in and did the estimates was amazing! He put my mind at ease in regards to the legitimacy of the company. His sales demonstration showed me the difference with the window panes and how much he gets in. He explained how this company has paired with Sam’s, once again putting my mind of these. He was patient as he showed me all of the different financial options in regards to financing, one time payments, and the different options that would allow further discounts.
In addition to expanding Power's veteran hires, PVI works with similar veteran empowerment driven programs across the country to educate veterans about the resources and opportunities available to them. I want my 5th window at the price that was agreed on and Tyler should have eat the price of the 5th window. I’ve been remodeling my home room by room and I knew I had roof problems and I had been putting it off for as long as I could.
Call and they sent a person out to see what was going on, he took pictures and sent in the order. Then COVID hit, so we were told it could be a wait, fine I understood that.
